Candidate should have a Bachelor or Masters degree from an accredited university and 3 to 15 years of experience in residential projects, new construction, additions, gut rehabs, and small to medium commercial projects. 

Candidate should also be able to understand and research required Building Codes. 

A working knowledge of Revit is required, and familiarity with Photoshop and AutoCAD is beneficial.

Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment and maintain excellent attention to detail needed.
