Ritter Norton Architects is seeking an experienced architect or interior designer to design and manage a wide range of commercial workplace projects primarily, though not exclusively, for federal government clients including GSA, DOS, and other secure government agencies. All employees wear a mask while working in the office. We are fully setup to work remotely and our flexible work policy allows people to work from home as necessary. New employees will be expected to work in the office at least part-time and when the pandemic is over willing to work in the office full time.

It is required that the candidate be a US Citizen and have 5-10+ years’ experience primarily with commercial / government interiors projects. A great candidate should possess the following credentials: Architecture or Interior Design degree Knowledge of current workplace design principals and strategies Be a thoughtful and sensitive designer with a collaborative mindset Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to interface directly with clients Good organizational and planning skills Technical skills to help lead construction document production and specification writing for interiors projects Proficiency with Revit, AutoCad, MS Office suite, SketchUp (preferred but not essential) Active federal security clearance a big plus |
