SUMMARY OF POSITION: Project Architect Every architectural team member contributes to the quality of the studio work by applying his or her unique experience, initiative, individual perspective, discipline, and design sensibility. Project Architects are responsible for management, design development, consultant coordination, detailing, construction documentation of a project from initiation through construction administration. The Project Architect completes tasks under the direction of the Project Manager/Principal and is responsible for achieving design excellence and the technical performance of the project while working within the limits of the schedule and budget. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS-EDUCATION: Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree in Architecture from NAAB accredited program. Registered Architect or holding an NCARB Certification. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 to 8 years of experience with at least 2 years leading architectural projects from design inception through construction. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Demonstrated design excellence.

- Ability to execute complete and accurate architectural design and construction documents to achieve design excellence, economy, durability, and a fair construction process.
- Ability to coordinate all engineering work, specifications, and budgets to align with the project design requirements.
- Applies knowledge of building codes, materials, methods, engineering systems, enclosure systems, and environmental issues to the architectural design process comprehensively.
- Ability to develop, monitor, and maintain the project schedule.
- Ability and experience to perform construction administration to maintain design quality and to uphold the requirements of the contract documents.
- Familiarity with environmental and social community health issues, goals, tools, and systems (LEED, AIA-2030)
- Ability to support planning, development, and maintenance projects.
REQUIRED SOFTWARE PROFICIENCIES - Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit
- Sketchup, Energy Modeling (Sefaira, Cove, other)
- Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
