Job Description Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent design degree.
  • Architecture license preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an architecture firm.
  • Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, PhotoShop and Lumion (or other equal programs).
  • Ability to generate site plans quickly & efficiently.
  • Ability to understand concepts and create building designs.
  • A solid understanding of design and how buildings are constructed.
  • Understanding of basic code issues applied to building design.
  • Ability to both lead and participate in a collaborative design process.
  • Ability to present ideas graphically and articulate thoughts to clientele.
  • Ability to perform design under a broad spectrum of design types and styles.
  • Passion for the design process.
