Project Architect

The Project Architect is the principal design professional for the project representing the firm with the Client as well as the General Contractor, Consultants, and Public Authorities. The Project Architect is an experienced, registered design professional having a strong background in translating concepts into solutions, in directing a project design team, and in materials and methods of construction. Reports to the Project Manager. The architectural designers are generally organized into teams directed by the Project Architect, but report administratively to the Principal. The Project Architect shall keep the Project Manager fully informed at all times.

Architecture license required. Proficient with Revit. 7+ Years of experience managing architectural projects and teams in support of multi-family, residential design projects (mid-rise, high-rise, senior living). |
