Role and Responsibilities for Position: - Lead clients and internal design teams of architects and engineers through planning, design, and construction administration for new and renovation building projects
- Produce high quality deliverables for clients at all stages of design
- Champion architectural design relevance within the firm
- Attend interviews for new work opportunities
Technical Job Requirements: - Professional degree in architecture offered by an institution accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB)
- Registered Architect (RA) license in Virginia, Washington, DC, or other reciprocal state
- 8+ years of project experience in an architectural practice
- Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures
- Experience with Revit
- Experience with Bluebeam, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Procore, Office 365, G Suite, Slack, preferred
- American Institute of Architects (AIA) membership, preferred
