Design-oriented architectural firm seeks a licensed Architect or Project Manager who is close to licensure who thrives working in a small team environment. Our work consists of commercial, event & entertainment uses, mixed use, multi-family residential and single-family projects. We encourage collaboration and individual input on our projects. Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited program.
8-10 years’ experience.
The ability to produce and review design presentation documents, construction drawings, technical details, and specifications.
Ability to assess projects for local and state building codes, planning codes, and national codes.
The ability to take direction for specific design aspects of an assigned project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions and produce the necessary documents.
The ability to perform within and review the time and budget constraints of a project schedule.
Strong writing and presentation skills.
A professional working knowledge of Revit is a must and AutoCAD is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, Photoshop, Bluebeam and SketchUp
