Director, Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development
As the Director of Department of Land Conservation & Development, you will lead, oversee, and direct the policy, operations and staff of the Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) to implement the policies of the Land Conservation and Development Commission and facilitates the implementation and integration of statewide comprehensive planning and coastal management with other state agencies. The Director makes decisions that affect other state agencies, cities, counties, special districts, other government entities, tribes, property owners, and the citizens of Oregon. The Director is hired by and directly reports to the Land Conservation and Development Commission (LCDC), a seven-member policy commission appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate. This
