EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 years of professional experience is required Analysis of client priorities and needs Concept development of architectural designs Preparation of presentation and design drawings Selection and knowledge of current and appropriate materials and products Effective communication with clients, consultants and internal teams Experience in communicating with contractors during construction Adherence to budget and client standards Assistance in the marketing of the firm’s services QUALIFICATIONS: License
