A Project Manager at Cushing Terrell:
Develops and maintains client relationships
Facilitates project communication between the project team and clients
Is responsible for project planning, including project budgets and schedules
Works closely with the principal-in-charge to ensure the project’s overall success
Is motivated and self-reliant and assists with the development of emerging professionals
At least 8-12 years of experience in the architectural profession, design, or construction industry.
An accredited professional degree in architecture
Architectural Licensure, LEED accredited a plus
Strong leadership, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
