The Director, Capital Projects & Planning is responsible for the management and oversight of strategic planning initiatives, the capital improvement program and project delivery, space management and planning, and implementation of relative best practices. The Director will oversee campus master planning and space utilization efforts as well as leading efforts to define space and design standards. The Director is also responsible for supervising project managers responsible for capital renewal projects, major renovations, and new construction projects. This position will contribute to the development and organization of project management processes and procedures to support the activities of the Capital Projects & Planning group.
