Dekker/Perich/Sabatini is hiring Experienced Architects. This position offers the opportunity to lead the production of a wide variety of projects for including Healthcare, Multifamily Housing, Federal Government, Commercial, and/or Education (K-12 & Higher Ed). As passionate and self-driven team members at DPS, candidates would play a key role in creating inspired experiences for everyone they interact with backed by support of a firm that has been a staple in the industry for 60 years.
Your Role on Our Design Team
Be a key part of DPS as we step into our next phase of growth and evolution in architectural design
Lead Client-based teams through all phases of a project’s development
Work directly with Clients and end Users to develop and refine programming, campus and department planning, and detailed department and room functional planning
Knowledge of essential metrics for a wide spectrum of projects
Work with clients to improve their process and flow
Maintain and build Client-based institutional knowledge
Mentor and teach staff, and build the overall capacity of the firm’s teams
Be engaged in continual research, teaching, and dialog on architectural design innovations
Lead pursuits of new projects, Clients, and Markets
Engage and participate firm-wide in projects across multiple offices

Experienced Architect (License Required)
5+ years in architectural planning and design
Design-specific credentials are highly valued: LEED or WELL AP is a plus
Strong graphic communicator- hand sketching, software (Revit experience required), or otherwise. Bluebeam is a plus.
