RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:

• Project manager supporting Principal-in-charge
• Design support, managing & preparing documentation & maintaining project schedules
• Manage clients including project correspondence, project meetings & showroom visits
• Provide on-site construction administration services during construction
• Office hours are M-F 8 am – 7 pm. Employees may schedule their 8-hour workday within that timeframe.  Virtual or remote work will be limited to special cases only, approved in advance

DESIRED CREDENTIALS FOR PROJECT ARCHITECT POSITION

EDUCATION / LICENSURE / WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Professional Architectural degree required
• State Licensure is preferred but will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• 10-15 years’ experience working full-time as a staff and/or project-architect with at least 5 years of direct experience with stick-built single-family residential projects, either new homes, whole-house remodels, or large additions

SKILLS:

• Proficiency & technical knowledge of wood frame construction & residential design to actively assist in design, documentation & construction administration services for residential projects
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD 17-25 BIM CAD software
• Proficiency in: SketchUp, Excel & Word
