Provide technical support to NRMCA members and state affiliates regarding local codes and standards, legislative and regulatory issues. Be a valuable resource for NRMCA members and state affiliates to promote statewide minimum building codes that allow for amendments more favorable to concrete construction. Interface with national staff to develop strategies for adopting federal legislation and regulations that would be favorable to concrete.
