The company is seeking an Office Director to join our Saint Louis, Missouri team.
Position Summary: The Office Director provides leadership within the St. Louis office through planning, organizing, and executing operational strategies, with oversight from the Owner and two other Office Directors, to promote efficiencies and streamline project delivery team performance in support of Company objectives. This multi-faceted position is non-exempt and will report to the Owner of the Company, located in Kansas City, Missouri.
The ideal candidate will be licensed, well-rounded in all phases of a project, familiar with PreK-12 educational design, and have some management experience. Candidate should be familiar with Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity.

Office Director Responsibilities
Learn, implement, and monitor day-to-day operations and processes that promote Company goals and initiatives.
In conjunction with the Owner and other Office Directors, plan, assign, and direct St. Louis staff and resources to execute the project workload.
Plan, monitor, and analyze metrics for group performance and seek opportunities to lead process improvement.
Work with OD’s and Owner to prepare and monthly project schedules for monthly OD meetings.
Meet quarterly with Owner and OD’s to discuss and forecast operational needs.
Teach, coach, and mentor staff in Project Management and technical expertise, with an emphasis on leading a team.
Perform A/E of Record responsibilities on select projects; serve as Program and Project Manager on select projects supported and shadowed by junior staff to promote professional development opportunities.
Identify process improvement opportunities to continuously improve Company operations.
Uphold organizational policies and standards.
Develop and encourage a culture of delivering quality products on budget and on time.
Provide direct management oversight for architect and designer disciplines and St. Louis Staff
Oversees all operational aspects of the St. Louis office.
Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
Experience in operational and project management, as well as supervisory experience, is preferred but not required.
Competent in managing multi-discipline A/E work for new and or renovation projects primarily for PreK-12 school projects, high education, and municipal projects.
Desire to lead in a fast-paced and growing company.
Technical knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity.
incite Design Studio was established in 2001 in Kansas City. We have grown to include three studios, all located in the Midwest. We purposefully structured each studio to be no more than 15-19 professionals. Our primary design focus is PK-12 Education projects.
