Responsibilities This position would be responsible for coordinating and leading the project team in the preparation and coordination of Construction Documents within the Design Development, Construction Document and Construction Administration Phases. The Project Manager will coordinate directly with the Owner, the Consultants, the Contractor, and will take the lead in performing building code analysis and submitting the project for Building Permit review. They will work directly with the Senior Project Managers and Principals, with minimum direction required.
