Experienced design office with a twenty year reputation in Telluride looking for a design oriented BIM expert who can produce detailed PDF's for construction.  Drawings for all phases including Schematic, DD, and CD's for construction.  Must understand that each project is unique and never repeated.  Drawings sets need to be detailed and design oriented.  We are not looking for an engineer.  Must be able to go from concept sketches through to building permits.  This includes Design Review Boards. Our office creates iconic homes around Telluride for very affluent clients.  Many of the projects have been published.  Confidentiality is a must.  We are willing to train and communicate with the right person for a long term fit.  You can work remotely, but must be available M-F 8 to 5
