Engineer IV / Architect (Supervisor)
Works as part of the Building Design Branch (BDB) - Community Development, within the Building Design and Construction Division. Directly responsible for management and supervisory oversight of a team of professional architects and engineers assigned with project management responsibility for planning, design, value engineering, budgeting, scheduling, customer satisfaction and quality control for major Capital Facilities building projects. Provides feedback to employees and conducts performance evaluations. Leads pertinent hiring processes and other human resources and related administrative tasks.
