Lyle Cook Martin Architects is looking for a creative individual who is passionate about architecture and thrives when working with a like-minded team. This position offers the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of the architectural process, from procuring a project to seeing it through to completion.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience working on a wide range of architectural projects, including commercial, residential, and institutional buildings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts and project plans
• Create detailed design drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with engineering and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain current knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry trends
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in architecture
• 5-10 years of experience as an architect
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry standard design software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Registration as a licensed architect in Tennessee is not required, but encouraged
