Dynamik Design is growing! We are looking for experienced Construction Managers and Construction Administration specialists for our growing team of QA/QC leaders.

Our QA/QC team is made up of experienced individuals from architectural and construction management backgrounds. This role includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Work alongside our architectural project teams to ensure that all design and construction drawings are of the best possible quality and constructability. Drawing reviews, quality checks, coordination between disciplines, evaluating and selecting design options and details, and reviewing compliance of work in the field to the contract documents.
• Work alongside the design teams throughout Construction Administration to actively respond to RFIs and submittals, attend OAC meetings, conduct site visits, produce field reports, and resolve issues during construction.
• Manage client expectations and collaborate with the project team to develop new approaches and solutions to project issues and problems.
• Provide technical guidance on unusual or complex problems.
• Mentor and provide oversight for less experienced staff to ensure that they are advancing their technical knowledge and growing in understanding of lessons learned from projects under construction.

Travel is required. Our projects are located primarily around the southeast including Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Virginia and Maryland. Our office is located in Atlanta, but we are open to remote candidates living in Nashville, Tennessee or Jacksonville, Florida.

• Architectural Degree or Construction-related Degree
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience preferred
• Multifamily and/or retail experience preferred
• Wood frame construction experience preferred
• Construction Administration or Construction Management experience
