Experienced Project Architect and/or Architectural Technician / Designer needed for an established architectural practice in historic downtown Kinston, NC.  Projects are located throughout NC, and occasionally in VA, SC, FL, etc..  Project types are varied and include retail/commercial, medical, adaptive reuse/historic preservation, municipal, religious, educational, and multifamily.  Candidate must have AutoCAD proficiency, Revit & Sketch Up proficiency preferred, construction administration experience desirable.  3-5 years architectural practice experience required, over 5 years’ experience desirable.  Candidates must have strong communication and coordination skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects at once.  Candidate must be able to work well independently as well as in a team environment.  The Candidate must be able to work efficiently and focused.  The office is an open environment and the candidate would need to be hands on with all aspects of design and phases of the project.  Salary is negotiable based on experience.  Benefits include health insurance, 401k plan, paid vacation, and contributions to an HSA account.  Future Partnership potential available for the right candidate.  Contact Human Resources at mail@dunndalton.com. No phone calls please.
