STA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help mentor and lead our growing team of Design Professionals. The new SPM should possess comprehensive skills in all aspects of project and design management from conceptual design through construction administration. Our collaborative studio environment requires a proactive team leader to help team members effectively develop and advance design solutions, stay within budgets, and achieve the business goals of our clients and firm.  Our firm’s focus on community revitalization requires us to responsively develop design solutions for diverse clients including Municipalities, Businesses, Churches, Healthcare, Schools, Colleges, and Universities as well as Community Organizations.
