Lincolnshire’s Building Inspector should be passionate about helping residents and businesses achieve their dreams while balancing professional codes and community standards. CED comprises a five-person team working across departments to promote a seamless permit and construction process. The Building Inspector plays a key role in researching and recommending the adoption of construction codes, permit requirements, and the structure of fees/fines.
