Full time architectural project manager, based in our Tribeca-Manhattan office for projects throughout the 5 boroughs focused on exterior envelope / NYC LL11-FISP / roofing or  window replacement, facade repairs, landmarks restoration, rehab and/or adaptive re-use projects for  public schools, colleges, courts, libraries, multi-family housing, condos and coops. Must have experience investigating and evaluating existing conditions, preparing appropriate scope and recommendations, exploring design options and remedial solutions, writing technical specifications and developing thorough architectural details and complete construction documents.
