John G. Waite Associates, Architects PLLC (JGWA) is seeking a registered architect with 3-5 years’ experience, to join our Albany, NY office.
We are currently seeking a motivated architect to join our award-winning team. What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
A dedicated and resourceful registered architect (minimum 3-5 years production experience);
Strong leadership abilities with an interest in mentoring up-and-coming architects;
Effective collaborator in team environments encompassing fellow architects, consultants, and clients;
Ability to multitask on various projects with responsibilities including coordination of design and construction drawings (Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Experience with Revit is preferred.);
Knowledge of project business scope with ability to adhere to budgets and schedules;
Passion for historic structures and their preservation (previous experience in preservation preferred, but not required).
