SDC is searching for an Architectural Project Coordinator

Full Time - In Office Only

Job Duties Include:

• Works closely with the Project Team and Project Manager
• Verify construction detail drawings conform to quality control policy and best practice standards
• Verify documents comply with quality control, develop red lines for construction documents and Project Specifications
• Familiar with IBC, Fair Housing, ANSI, and TAS requirements
• Ability to receive and give detailed instruction
• Review and interpret multi-disciplinary shop drawings
• Participate in multi-stage review and evaluation of design and construction documents to confirm compliance with the contract deliverables and project documents

Required Education & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in multi-family or mixed-use Architecture or Construction
• Fundamental understanding of multi-discipline practices required to execute small to large-scale multifamily projects
• Established thorough knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, and building codes
• Must demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD
• PDF Editing Software such as Bluebeam
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
