The Department of Art at Smith College invites applications for a tenure-track appointment inArchitecture, at the rank of Assistant Professor, to begin July 2025. We seek an architect with the vision and skills to lead and develop an architecture track in an undergraduate department at a liberal arts college that combines art history, architectural design and history, and studio art practice. M.Arch is required, Ph.D. and/or other relevant degrees welcome. Candidates must also have a substantive record of teaching and experience in the field beyond graduate school.
