University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Position: Capital Project Manager – Architect Position Description: This position serves as a Project Manager within the Facilities Planning & Project Management Department to provide project management services to campus partners, ensuring that design and construction projects are on schedule, within budget, responsive to program needs and comply with or exceed UNC and State Construction Office standards and expectations.The Facilities Planning & Project Management department is comprised of design professionals who are responsible for the planning, design and management of all capital improvement projects across the Chapel Hill campus, and master planning and the collection and orga
