POSITION LOCATION:
Monterey, California
In-person preferred, hybrid work arrangement considered
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Architectural Degree from an accredited university (B. Arch or M. Arch)
Architectural license is required, licensure in California is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience, including small- and large-scale projects. (Healthcare experience preferred)
Minimum of 5 years recent experience with OSHPD/HCAI is preferred
Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills required
Familiarity with Building codes and standards required
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members required
Demonstrated ability to oversee and be responsible for project delivery required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and manage Healthcare projects of widely varying size, from feasibility through construction administration
Coordinate design and production of all phases, schematic design, design development and construction documents.
Assist with bid period and construction administration services including site visits and coordination.
Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, governing authorities, stakeholders and other team members.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The Salary Range for this position is $90,000-$160,000
The salary range listed aligns to the geography of the office for which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top of the range listed.
