Hammond Wilson is seeking creative Project Designers and Project Architects with at least 3 years of residential experience, who are self-directed and eager to join our growing, talented team. Our portfolio includes a broad range of project types, from high-end single family residences to large mixed-use developments with a variety in between. Hammond Wilson offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Position Responsibilities:

• Working closely with senior staff on all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction completion.
• Creating presentation material and deliverables including milestone drawing sets, digital models, and renderings.
• Integration of structural and building systems, including coordination with consultant engineers.
• Research and evaluate building codes, construction techniques, and materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture required / Master of Architecture preferred.
• Minimum 3 of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Vectorworks. Familiarity with SketchUp and other graphic software is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
