Pulte Group, LLC, a national homebuilder, is looking for a licensed architect for it's Mid-Atlantic Division located in Fairfax, VA.  A licensed, professional architectural role responsible for managing resources and schedules (both internally and externally) for the development and maintenance of commercial type projects through Construction Documentation and Administration.This position requires onsite attendance 5 days per week at our office located in Fairfax, Virginia. Job highlights include: Internal design / management of attached MF (TH, stacked TH) and clubhouses from schematics to construction administration. Schematic design and coordination with Land Acquisition for low-rise MF buildings.
