The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Project Architect who can take a project from early design through documentation and construction—someone who enjoys coordinating details, leading teams, and making buildings that work beautifully in real life.
This role is in-person and highly collaborative. You’ll work closely with principals, architects, designers, consultants, and clients.
What You’ll Do
Design + Project Execution
- Develop design concepts through schematic design and design development
- Translate design intent into clear construction documents
- Produce and coordinate drawing sets in Revit and Enscape
- Support quality control and design consistency
Consultant Coordination
- Coordinate consultants: structural, MEP, civil, lighting, acoustics, etc.
- Lead drawing coordination and interdisciplinary review
- Help resolve technical issues early, before they become RFIs
Construction Phase
- Respond to RFIs and submittals
- Support CA services, site visits, contractor coordination
- Help carry design intent through construction realities
Team Leadership
- Support junior staff through mentorship and task leadership
- Lead portions of a project with confidence and follow-through
- Contribute to a positive team culture (low ego, high competence)
What We’re Looking For
You’re probably a fit if you:
- Have 6+ years experience in architecture
- Are fluent in construction documents and coordination
- Can handle multiple project priorities
- Communicate well: with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Take ownership and follow tasks through with little supervision
Skills / Tools
- Proficiency in Revit & Enscape
- Strong detailing + documentation skills
- Understanding of building systems and codes
- Comfortable participating in client meetings
- Knowledge of specifications
Licensure
- Licensed architect preferred
- If not yet licensed, actively pursuing is a plus
