Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administration and City Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all administrative aspects of construction projects, as well as navigating city regulations and processing permits.

As the Construction Administration and City Processing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in communicating with architects, contractors, and various city departments to ensure that projects comply with zoning laws, building codes, and other regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction phase. Additionally, you will be involved in processing permits, attending city meetings, and ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Experience in construction administration, knowledge of city processing procedures, and familiarity with building codes are all highly desirable qualities for this role. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction administration and city processing
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and city regulations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• AutoCAD and/or Revit skill
