Your key responsibilities will include: - Design Leadership   - Lead the design team in crafting innovative and creative design solutions that align with project objectives and exceed client expectations.   - Offer design direction, mentorship, and constructive feedback to team members.   - Lead and facilitate design reviews and meetings with Sales Lead and clients.
