We are well-established (since 1992), successful, and a growing firm looking to add a talented, licensed Architect to lead, manage, and mentor our already talented design team.   Role Overview: The Design Operations Director’s role is critical to developing, mentoring and organizing the design department to efficiently meet both departmental and project goals.  Additionally, the Design Operation’s Director is instrumental in business development and marketing efforts for the firm.  If
