• Design and Manage projects under supervision of Owners
• Create Zoning plans, foundation plans, framing plans, site plans
• Schedule and maintain project timelines
• Execute necessary zoning and building code research for feasibility
• Advise Design Team on architectural selections and associated budget information
• Supervise Compilation of Design to Production Hand-Off Packets
• Generate Construction Documents on CAD as necessary
• Perform redlines for Design Team as necessary

Management:

• Lead & Manage Design Team
• Oversee document updating in Construction Management Program
• Oversee management of Design job budgets
• Attend and schedule meetings as necessary
• Construction phase project management and site visits

Skills Development:

• Participate in skills and management training
• Learn the New Market way.

• 5+ years of experience running Residential Architecture projects, Residential Design + Build experience preferred
• Architecture License
• AutoCAD
• Experience working in a collaborative / team environment
• Positive personality
• Familiarity and relationships with local vendors and suppliers
• Experience coordinating and interfacing with Construction professionals
