At the helm for all phases of multiple residential and boutique commercial projects, you handle project management and design, construction document production, construction administration, and consultant coordination. Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
Profound experience in all phases of architecture including project budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, specifications and working drawings; building codes, building materials, building costs and construction techniques; policies and procedures; office standards.
In-depth knowledge of production procedures for design development and construction documents, architectural drafting, 3d modeling and detailing.
Substantial experience with building materials, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical, and engineering, building codes and costs.
Ability to coordinate all trades and agencies related to building design.
Experience navigating the complete life cycle of architectural project.

Articulate communicator with proven visual and presentation skills.
A true aptitude for delivering meaningful customer service.
Demonstrated hand-sketching abilities.
Strong command and knowledge of ArchiCAD, Lumion, Sketh-up and Photoshop.
Mastery of Microsoft Office suite programs, especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program.
