A Classical Studio, an award-winning residential firm in Roswell, is looking for a full time AutoCAD Drafter with a minimum of two to three years of experience to work on a wide range of developments, home renovations, and high end custom residential projects. We are a collaborative, design-focused residential architecture firm dedicated to creating timeless, site-sensitive custom homes. Our team takes pride in crafting thoughtful designs that reflect the unique vision and lifestyle of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Draft architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details for custom residential projects using AutoCAD
• Translate conceptual drawings, sketches, and markups into clear, accurate construction documents
• Coordinate drafting work with design principals and project architects
• Review redlines and update drawings accordingly
• Assist with document sets for permitting, design review, and construction
• Maintain organized file systems and follow office CAD standards

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required (2+ years of professional drafting experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and building systems
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Experience with SketchUp, In Design, and Photoshop a plus but not required
• Degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or related field preferred
