 We are currently looking for a  Project Architect and/or Project Manager  to join our growing team. 
 Position Summary 
 The Project Architect manages architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration. This role coordinates consultants, develops technical drawings, communicates with clients, and ensures projects are delivered successfully. 
 Reports To 
 Principal Architect

 Architectural Designers 
 Primary Responsibilities 
 Project Management 
 
 Lead day-to-day management of assigned projects 
 Develop project schedules and monitor deadlines 
 Coordinate consultants and engineering teams 
 Conduct client meetings and prepare meeting notes 
 Track project budgets and hours 
 
 Technical Documentation 
 
 Produce and oversee construction documents 
 Coordinate code compliance and permitting requirements 
 Review drawings for accuracy and constructability 
 Coordinate specifications and technical details 
 
 Construction Administration 
 
 Review shop drawings and submittals 
 Respond to RFIs 
 Conduct site visits and field observations 
 Coordinate punch lists and project closeout 
 
 Team Coordination 
 
 Delegate drafting and modeling tasks 
 Mentor junior staff 
 Maintain project organization standards 
 
 Required Qualifications 
 
 Licensed Architect preferred 
 5&#8211;10 years experience 
 Strong technical and construction knowledge 
 Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD 
 Excellent communication and organizational skills 
 
 Preferred Skills 
 
 Experience with commercial and mixed-use projects 
 Knowledge of building codes and permitting 
 Construction administration experience 
 Qualifications 
 
 Professional degree in Architecture 
 Architectural license preferred 
 5+ years of experience in architectural practice 
 Strong Proficiency in REVIT required 
 Strong understanding of construction methods and coordination 
 Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic design-build setting 
 Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects

 Registered Architect. 
 10+ years of experience in the healthcare architecture &#38; design industry. 
 Deep healthcare experience in North Carolina. 
 Experience as an account or client manager, including financial management.
