This position is for a full-time, licensed Senior Project Architect with at least 8 years of experience. We are seeking candidates with strong leadership qualities and technical and design expertise to join our Philadelphia, New York City or Princeton office. You should be passionate about design, work well with people, and communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative, thoughtful, and technical solutions for a wide range of clients and project types.

Requirements and Skills:

Passion for design excellence

Strong design, technical, and visualization skills 

Ability to manage project teams, project budget, and project workplan

Significant experience in organizing design and construction documentation

Highly organized, with an eye for detail and problem solving

Excellent and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office and with consultants, contractors and clients

Experience and ability to lead internal project workflow, planning, and budgeting

Commitment to responsibility, integrity, and accuracy

Experience with client interface, networking and relationship building

Expertise with Revit, Bluebeam Revu and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Sefaira and other energy and carbon modeling is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Registered Architect

Legal working status in the United States

Preferred:

LEED accreditation or other sustainability accreditation is desired
