Primary Roles & Responsibilities (including but not limited to): - Work closely with SGodley Architects colleagues, principal, and clients. - Perform field surveys and organize acquired documentation. - Prepare architectural drawings, renderings, presentations, notes and meeting minutes.  - Review and coordinate specifications and submittals developed by consultants. - Code research and assisting in obtaining approvals from AHJ and related agencies. Required Proficiencies - High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). - Enscape or Revit- compatible rendering software.  - Demonstrated project delivery experience, including production & coordination of drawings for all  architectural phases. Interior design experience a plus. - Understanding current building codes and demonstrated ability to analyze and prepare a code report,  applicable to the project. - Strong team communication and client interface skills. - Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Applicant must have U.S. work experience. - Ability to successfully manage time and work in a remote environment. Minimum Education & Training 1. Bachelor/Master’s degree in Architecture (or related field) from an accredited university 2. Minimum 3 years of professional working experience.  Ideal candidate will be working towards licensure.
