Responsibilities 

• Design multi-family housing and mixed-use projects. 

• Participate in all phases: concept, documentation, and contract administration. 

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants. 

• Mentor junior staff to support technical and design growth.

Pay Range 

$72,000 – $110,000

Qualifications 

• Professional degree in Architecture. 

• 6-10 years of experience in multi-family housing. 

• Advanced proficiency in Revit. 

• Strong knowledge of codes, materials, and building systems. 

• Familiarity with project management processes. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Licensure preferred. 

• Experience with K–12 or public sector projects is a plus.
