Overmyer Architects seeks a full-time Senior Associate with a minimum of 8 years of experience. 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects of varying scales and at different stages of completion.
• Managing the project schedule and all project communications and documentation.
• Coordinating design consultants.
• Liaising with the Client, either directly or alongside the Principal.
• Producing drawings, details, schedules and specifications for all project phases, including Presentation Drawings, Permit Drawings and Construction Documents.
• Making required submissions to permitting agencies, review boards, and neighborhood groups.
• Construction Administration, including making regular site visits and handling all required design and administrative tasks.
• Providing technical guidance as needed to less experienced associates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, or Master of Architecture is required from a NAAB-accredited program.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience 
• Precision, organization, and attention to detail in daily work.
• Professional communication skills.
• Proficiency in 2D drafting software is required.  MicroStation is preferred.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Acrobat, Excel, and Word are required.
• Proficiency in Sketchup is preferred.
