Summary This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Superintendent, Capitol Building, Assistant Superintendent, Facility Support Division. The candidate identifies, develops and executes programs and projects impacting general architectural issues and heritage assets within and around the U.S. Capitol Building. Conducts historical studies involving the evaluation of proposed renovation and construction sites. Responsibilities Responsibilities Include: Serves as a subject matter expert within the Capitol Building on all matters of preservation related to construction, maintenance and repair activities within the historical perimeter and grounds of the Capitol Building jurisdiction.
