LM Consultants, Inc. is seeking licensed architects to work in our Denver, Colorado office.  The work includes review, redlining, and description of construction documents and costs for equity investors and financial lenders; monthly construction monitoring including OAC meetings and review of payment applications; and performing property condition assessments (PCAs) for local and national investment groups.  Candidates who have experience in these areas are preferred.
