DMARCstudio is an award winning architecture studio focused on design-oriented architecture which is highly integrated and highly detailed. We feel lucky to get to work on projects in a wide variety of use categories and building types. Our current project types include educational, office, retail, hospitality, mixed use multifamily residential and single family residential. We primarily do work in the Bay area, but are finding new exciting opportunities in other parts of our state and outside of California.
Our process is collaborative, and we employ deep design thinking to develop nuanced and unique design solutions.
We are seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated and professional designer with a minimum of three years experience and good music recommendations. Candidates must be able to excel in a fast-paced work environment, be able and willing to engage multiple projects at all levels of development, and have great stories about their weekend adventures (grocery shopping counts as an adventure).

Responsibilities
Participate in a highly collaborative environment and contribute your design thinking to the process
Develop schematic, design development, and construction documents
Prepare presentations for clients and contractors
Develop and maintain BIM model
Coordinate consultant work and drawings
Assist in research for product and construction methods related to projects
Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination
Minimum 3 years experience in a professional architecture office
Knowledge of document development, technical detailing, and building codes
Bachelor of Architecture and motivation to obtain professional licensure
Skills required: Revit, SketchUP, Adobe Photoshop and In-design, Excel, Word, Lumion
