Position Summary Schaefer Architecture is looking for a self-driven Architect who is passionate about design and is eager to join a collaborative design firm that positively shapes communities through its work. As an Architect at Schaefer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development.  You will work directly with the owner and coordinate with all project team members to maintain the quality of the product work within the established project budget and schedule.   You will participate in projects of all sizes and sectors from inception through completion of construction. You will partner directly with the Principal-in-Charge to ensure design excellence, the quality of project documents, team collabor
