Job Description: Landscape Architect. Someone with a passion for creating unique, beautiful spaces for luxury clientele. Job Duties: Measuring sites for structure layout, plant locations and types, and measuring and defining existing grades and elevations. Drafting: base plans of existing conditions locating all structures including architectural details, plants and types and existing grades and elevations. Drafting structural details of architectural components and proposed structures. Creating and drafting concepts for Client presentation. Drafting final Layout and Planting plans including structural specifications, plant locations, types, sizes and planting notes as necessary for construction and installation. Design of automated irrigation systems and construction documents for submittal to contractors. Design of exterior lighting and construction documents for submittal to contractors. Submitting plans to contractors for comparative bids and creating bid analysis for submittal and review with clients. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, hand drafting and hand rendering skills, ability to read existing plan sets, knowledge of native and ornamental planting in the PNW, experience and fluency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Land F/X, Sketchup, competency with MS Office.
