The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be a creative, organized and engaging Project Managerwho is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through collaboration and breakthrough ideas. Candidates should also have a strong ability to mentor, and prior experience with renovations and new construction.
A position you’ll love:
You’ll be working with a valued corporate retail clients.
You will have primary client relationship duties.
Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the account.
Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of work.
You will be working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work.
You’ll be responsible for client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination and quality assurance.
Your work will include a variety of tasks including design, production, QA and construction administration responsibilities.
You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to workplace and community projects in addition to your focus on retail.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
Architectural license strongly preferred;
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture with 3+ years of experience in a project management role;
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials;
Great attention to detail and service to clients;
Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are a must;
A working knowledge of Revit is required, proficiency and ability to draw in Revit strongly preferred;
Strong commitment to sustainable design and elevating client performance.
